We are a small Company in GLOUCESTER, established for 20 years & actively engaged in the business of Exporting Industrial Machinery & Parts. We have a vacancy for an Experienced Sales Administrator.

Required Qualification:_
Hrs of Work: 24hrs - 3 days per week. Initially -
Annual Holiday entitlement: 22 days + statutory holidays (Pro Rata)
**JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. MAINTAINING AN OFFICE PRESENCE AND COMMUNICATING DIRECT WITH CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS MAINLY VIA EMAILS.
2. QUOTING CUSTOMERS, ACKNOWLEDGING ORDERS, MATCHING & SOURCING PARTS USING INTERNET & SAGE DATA BASE, PLACING PURCHASE & SALES ORDERS ONTO THE SAGE SYSTEM. BOOKING IN GOODS RECEIVED TO THE SYSTEM FROM THE WAREHOUSE AGENT'S NOTIFICATIONS. COLLATION OF CUSTOMER'S ORDERS READY FOR DESPATCH AND ARRANGING DESPATCHES WITH SHIPPING AGENT, PROVIDING ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS FOR EXPORT AND INVOICING.
3. GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION WORKING WITH A SMALL TEAM.
