Description
We are seeking a trained BUTCHER to join our team.

Tasks will involve boning, dicing, portioning, trimming and preparing meat to exact customer specifications and tolerances.

Monday - Friday with potential for Saturday overtime, if interested.

Middlesex Meat Company are a family run catering butcher serving the catering trade with clients ranging from restaurants, catering companies, schools, hospitals and modern pop ups/ food markets.

We believe our success is due to the skills, hard work and commitment of our full team of staff.

The Management team are very hands on and mentor all new staff to help them achieve their full potential and to meet the extremely high standards of the business.


Salary:
From £33,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Butchering: 1 year (required)
