Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a well-established multi-channel retailer located in Walsall.As a Customer Service Executive your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer's orders
- Providing customers with updates on their orders
- Processing customer return queries
- Dealing with 3rd parties such as suppliers, manufacturers and couriers to ensure smooth running of customer's orders
- Driving value add to the brand to help grow the business commercially
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Handling customer complaints
- Being extra vigilant and proactive in spotting and preventing potential fraud cases and high risk/ high value orders
- General administration and upkeep of the in house CRM system
Skills Required:
- Previous office customer service experience in a similar role
- Accuracy towards grammar and spelling
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent telephone manner
Working Hours:
- Primarily Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, training hours are 8am till 4.30pm.
