Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a well-established multi-channel retailer located in Walsall.

As a Customer Service Executive your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer's orders
  • Providing customers with updates on their orders
  • Processing customer return queries
  • Dealing with 3rd parties such as suppliers, manufacturers and couriers to ensure smooth running of customer's orders
  • Driving value add to the brand to help grow the business commercially
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Being extra vigilant and proactive in spotting and preventing potential fraud cases and high risk/ high value orders
  • General administration and upkeep of the in house CRM system

Skills Required:

  • Previous office customer service experience in a similar role
  • Accuracy towards grammar and spelling
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent telephone manner

Working Hours:

  • Primarily Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, training hours are 8am till 4.30pm.
