General day to day administration - filing, scanning.

Preferable knowledge of Xero, reconciling the bank account, creating invoices, processing refunds, warranty claims, running payroll.

Also arranging the company insurance, vehicle insurance.

Booking any training courses. Updating the company website and social media platforms. Running the company ebay shop.

• Previous experience on Xero accounting software and Hubdoc essential
• Wages negotiable
