To quality assure and monitor systems to ensure timely health input into Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).Work with services, children, young people and their families, ICB, NHS England and Local Authorities to develop and embed policies and procedures in relation to the EHCP pathway(s) and Tribunals To support, motivate and develop staff within the team to ensure that they are able to deliver the SEND Reforms.
