The role:


As a Telemarketing Executive we are looking for individuals who are career and money motivated, enjoy working in a target driven environment and have ideally worked in a target driven environment previously.

As this role is phone based, you will need tobe an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively question customers in order to establish their needs.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Working on a variety of market research campaigns & business development drives campaigns
  • Dealing directly with client stakeholders primarily in the marketing and sales function
  • Lead generation
  • Drive and achieve exceptional performance from client campaigns
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple campaigns
  • Building effective relationships with clients
  • Capable of supporting others and leading teams
Hours

8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-1pm on a Friday (36.5 hours a week)

For the position of Telemarketing Executive we are looking for the following experience:

  • Previous telesales/telemarketing or market research experience would be an advantage
  • Working in a sales environment
  • Ideally phone based sales experience
  • Ability to question effectively in order to identify a client's needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for exceeding targets
  • Strong numeric capability, comfortable reporting on working towards sales targets
  • A good business acumen with the ability to assimilate and absorb a variety of product information is key to success in this role
  • Understanding of sales roadmap and closing deal tactics
  • Strong communicator with good verbal and written skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven track record
