An organisation that specialises in international exhibitions, conferences and business is looking for an Events Assistant to help prepare for an upcoming high-level dinner for senior government officials and business leaders.
Events Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting with keeping track of guest RSVP's
- Data Entry
- Communication with vendors such as florists, car rentals, constructors and printing houses
- Preparing PowerPoint slides for internal communications with Head Office
Events Assistant Essentials:
- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience
- Experience working with customers and clients in a professional and fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
