An organisation that specialises in international exhibitions, conferences and business is looking for an Events Assistant to help prepare for an upcoming high-level dinner for senior government officials and business leaders.


Events Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with keeping track of guest RSVP's
  • Data Entry
  • Communication with vendors such as florists, car rentals, constructors and printing houses
  • Preparing PowerPoint slides for internal communications with Head Office

Events Assistant Essentials:


  • Minimum 12 months of customer service experience
  • Experience working with customers and clients in a professional and fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
