The role:


  • Respond to order and renewal queries.
  • Take advantage of partner program benefits.
  • Work more effectively with our distributors.
  • Leverage online sales tools and interact with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a current Channel Partner Profile in SFDC.

Objectives

  • Accelerate problem resolutions which result in orders.
  • Achieve high partner satisfaction scores.
  • Reduce human touch per order received by effective training of Loftware Partners in Loftware online automation tools (SMP, PRM and TA)

Responsibilities:


  • Assist partners with all queries prior to placing an order including part numbers and pricing.
  • Assist partners to build a quotation for upgrades, consolidations, crosssell and migration.
  • Advise which is the correct product for the customer's problem.
  • Learn everything necessary by participating actively in our online and instructorled training programs about Loftware's internal processes.
  • Assist partners in onboarding onto our automation tools and their effective use of these to support their interactions with Loftware.
  • Report on KPI's around objectives in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Speak fluent English plus another required language, which is French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
  • Competency with software programs to manage projects, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
  • Able to develop and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues
  • Able to communicate clearly and well with partners in the written and spoken language chosen.
  • Ability to understand, explain and train others in the use of online tools that will assist the partner in their regular interactions with Loftware.
