GSL Education is seeking an experienced

Head of Science for a client school based in

Boston, Lincolnshire. This is for an

Easter

start.

GSL Education are wanting to hear from

experienced department heads who in addition to being

Head of Science, has led the overall direction of the

three departments in:
Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Head of Science Requirements:

-
Qualified teacher status (QTS) with Key Stage 3 and GCSE science teaching experience
:

Uphold high expectations of all pupils and uphold high professional standards.

Understand the need for a scaffolded curriculum
:

Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to engage and build a rapport with young people.

Successful experience of leading and managing a Science department.
