Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and inspire a team of bartenders in delivering exceptional service, ensuring the bar and staff operate efficiently and safely
  • Collaborate with the events team to create specialised drink menus for weddings including cocktail choices
  • Manage inventory, place orders for beverages, and track stock levels
  • Maintain the training of staff on the intricacies of providing high quality bar service in an outdoor, forest setting, including customer service and cocktail making
  • Coordinate with the inhouse Wedding Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of barrelated services
  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for wedding guests and uphold the unique aesthetic of the forest bar area
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in an outdoor event setting and uphold high hygiene standards

Requirements/Qualifications:


  • More than 1 years previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Supervisor, preferably in an event setting
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and a creative approach to crafting new and inspired drinks
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Flexibility to work in an outdoor environment and adapt to changing weather conditions
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Type:
Zero hours contract


Salary:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour
