About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to cover Harlow, Bishops Stortford, and Saffron Walden.

As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works within domestic housing properties.

You will be expected to work to a high standard and ensure that all works are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance works within domestic housing properties
  • Ensuring that all works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
  • Liaising with customers and providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintaining accurate records of all works carried out
  • Ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times
  • Representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a Multi Trader within the social housing or domestic housing sector
  • A recognised trade qualification in one or more of the following: carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, or electrical work
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
