Juice is delighted to be in partnership with an innovative technology and software organisation, with the appointment of an Implementation Lead to manage individual Pharmacy implementation software through an established process.


Full training on the business, the implementation process, the project management software and tools for supporting pharmacies remotely will be provided as part of a two day on-boarding period.


You Will Be:

  • Coaching pharmacy leads through each of the activities that need to be completed
  • Be proactive in supporting customers so that they continue to use and value the system from implementation through to business as usual
  • Reporting on the progress of each pharmacy
  • Recording the completion of activities
  • Troubleshooting and solving pharmacy issues
  • Training on the different aspects of the pharmacy
  • Attend and contribute to relevant meetings and product development

You Will Need:

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical prescription journey from requests to dispensing, to providing services
  • The ability to communicate complex information orally, in writing and electronically
  • The ability to be assertive when necessary
  • Rapport and customer relationship skills

Hours:
Monday - Friday, full time


Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum


Most of the work is carried out remotely from home but there will be occasions where you will be required to attend the pharmacy premises in person to provide support and training.
