Learning and Development Co-Ordinator

Pertemps Managed Solutions are working with one of the UK's largest Insurance Brokers who are looking for a Learning and Development Co-Ordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking L&D team wholove to contribute to the development of the employees across the organisation.

You will maintain training development pathways for the company and its partners and be part of the internal talent management strategy.

This role will require you to conductconsultancy based visits to the companies' network partner brokers to support their growth and people development strategies and obligations.


What you will do as the Learning and Development Co-Ordinator:


  • Support and work closely with key stakeholders across the company and with their partner brokers, to gain a full understanding of training requirements and evaluate the needs of the business with appropriate action taken
  • Develop, plan, and execute a Learning and Development strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and ongoing design of all learning interventions including induction, Network Academy and Group learning resources.
  • Provide L&D specialist expertise to the Senior Management Team and partner brokers, in terms of capability building and highperformance development.
  • Promote the Learning & Development function to ensure their people and partner brokers are utilising all learning opportunities available to embed a learning culture

Key requirements and experience within Learning and Development:

  • Previous experience as a Learning and Development Manager, Training Manager with people management skills preferably qualified to degree, CIPD (or equivalent).
  • Up to date with effective Learning & Development methods and experience of delivering a variety of development interventions, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Have a natural ability to inspire individuals to embrace new initiatives and knowledge and interventions.
