Due to the development of the department, we are seeking a number of motivated and skilled individuals to join our Building Maintenance Team at Pembrokeshire County Council.

Joining our team will provide you with a fantastic opportunity for professional development and to gain valuable experience within the construction industry and maintenance sector.

The Building Maintenance department is a vast, busy and varied service provider.

It consists of a multi-disciplinary operational team within the Housing and Social Care Directorate, which is responsible for the maintenance, servicing, refurbishment and upgrading of a wide range of diverse assets and properties including Council Houses, Schools, public buildings and other historic and interesting assets with an annual budget across all assets in excess of £27m.


We are seeking to appoint Senior Building Maintenance Officers, or someone wishing to progress in this profession as a Building Maintenance Officer, Assistant Building Maintenance Officer and Trainee Building Maintenance Officer on a full time, permanent basis.

We will not only provide full support to enable you to take ownership of the role's key areas of responsibility, but in addition, we are fully committed to supporting your development in order for you to progress your career with us.
