Due to company growth my Colchester based Client are looking for a Business Service Administrator
This is great opportunity for someone looking to get into an administration role
Main purpose of job:
Support the Business Services Manager and the IT department with all administrative tasks
Job role:
- Check suppliers' invoices/credit notes against purchase order information and deal appropriately with any queries that might arise
- Review and ensure suppliers' accounts are reconciled in accordance with internal requirements
- Process packing invoices ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Contact suppliers to resolve queries and challenges
- Input and record accurate information on the company ERP system
- Assist suppliers with any queries, via telephone or written communication
- Analyse information
- responsible for updating and maintaining price sheets
- undertake relevant training for weekend covers
respond to day-to-day supplier information requests on quality / products, processes, supply chains, investigations (in conjunction with technical colleagues).
Must have:
- Excellent communication and IT skills
Team Player
Hours Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm ( 7 weekend covers required per annum)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Parking on site

Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
