Join us as a Repairs Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support to both internal and external customers as an integral part of our dynamic Repairs Team.
Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing inquiries related to maintenance from our valued customers.This role operates within a fast-paced environment, offering you the opportunity to thrive and grow alongside a bustling Repairs Team.
We're excited to offer hybrid working for this role. You'll have the flexibility to work from the office 2-3 days per week, with the rest being from home. During your initial 6-month probation and training period, you may be required to work full-time in the office.Your confidence and readiness in the role are paramount to us, and we're committed to ensuring you feel fully supported.

- Maintain and update CRM, Northgate, and other databases meticulously to ensure accurate recordkeeping and streamlined operations.
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the Handy person service, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
- Collaborate with and assist repairs advisors during peak periods to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Handle payments with precision and adherence to complaints processes and financial regulations, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.

- Proven track record in administration, demonstrating adeptness in managing various tasks with efficiency and precision.
- Proficient ICT skills coupled with extensive experience in monitoring and maintaining databases, ensuring seamless data management and organisationwide efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability in collating information, generating comprehensive reports, and evaluating outcomes to drive informed decisionmaking.
- Strong interpersonal skills honed through extensive experience in effectively communicating with service users, staff, and external agencies, fostering positive relationships and facilitating smooth collaboration.
- Seasoned in customerfacing roles, equipped with the expertise to deliver exceptional service and address diverse customer needs with professionalism and empathy.
