How can you unearth the possibilities with Nufarm?
As our Management Systems and Document Coordinator you will work closer with the Management Systems Leader in driving compliance within multiple regulatory requirements, standards and company policies and procedures by auditing records and reports, inspecting processes and documents, reviewing SOPs, and independently monitoring all facilities, operations, personnel, and materials.
What's possible?
- Support internal quality assurance audits
- Coach employees across the business on best practice and ensure the provision of advice and guidance to colleagues on the Business Management Systems processes
- Analyze and evaluate findings from proactive and reactive performance information
- Facilitate and support processes for the execution of effective investigations into the root causes of Nonconformance across business functions.
- Maintain accurate, legible up to date records in accordance with company policy and audit records following company policy to ensure compliance
- Liaise with key stakeholders ensuring all necessary reports are completed and shared within agreed time frames
- Administer Business Management System documentation
What do you bring?
As our Management Systems and Document Coordinator, you will have experience working on sharepoint and have strong Microsoft 365 abilities.
An interest in Quality assurance and auditing will be advantageous as well as experience or knowledge of working in accordance with ISO 9001/14001 and / or experience and involvement in RCA processes.
