An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior People Partner to join one of the largest and most complex Mental Health NHS Foundation Trusts in the country.

Birmingham and Solihull based.

If you have experience in business partnering, influencing stakeholders up to Executive Level and having those engaging conversations that turn ideas into actions then come and have real impact at our Trust.


Here at BSMHFT, getting it right means creating an environment where everyone can thrive, as a Senior People Partner you will be a strategic partner to our Senior Operational leads, and be working alongside colleagues in our wider People function, which includes Resourcing, L&D, Employee Relations and Temporary Staffing during a time of growth and significant change.


Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will work with divisional senior management teams to understand short and longer-term business priorities and determine the people activity needed to realise these goals.

As well as identifying and interpreting people priorities.


You will influence, challenge and champion effective people practice, enabling leaders to achieve their goals through their people, in line with our People Strategy.


As a Senior People Partner you will also be responsible for direct reports so you'll need to confidently lead, engage, motivate and develop new and existing team members.

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
