As we grow our unique FiberLine Intervention business, we are looking for a Supply chain coordinator who can manage our procurement process, manage logistics and maintain all aspects of purchasing on our ERP system.


Job Details:

The Supply Chain Coordinator will work within a small team on all aspects of procurement, logistics and administration.

Additionally, they will have the opportunity to gain skills in finance, ERP integration, vendor management, inventory management and communication with vendors.


Job Summary:

Building and maintaining relationships with Well-SENSE vendors, ensuring timely delivery and scheduling of all products and stock items. Managing equipment movements worldwide as identified including the creating of manifests and commercial invoices. Updating the MRP system (ODOO) with all purchases and receipts of goods and services.


Essential Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required:


  • HNC or above in administration.
  • Evidence of procurement, ERP and systems experience and knowledge.
  • Track record of experience with import and export compliance.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate well.
  • Proficient MS Office skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with vendors to build relationships and negotiate best prices and discounts.
  • Order materials and products as required from our vendors.
  • Raise and manage all purchase orders on our Odoo system.
  • Manage the administration and filing of all delivery notes, vendor communications, purchase invoices through our Odoo system.
  • Manage our approved vendor system and ensure that it is kept up to date and sufficient records are on file.
  • Ensure our stock system is up to date and accurate for goods in / goods out in line with purchase orders.
  • Organise logistics for equipment mobilisation worldwide.
  • Customs clearance of incoming shipments.
  • Compliance checking of import & export entries.
  • Manage the goods in process and distribute materials to all the relevant departments.

  • Not undertake any task for which authorisation and/or training has not been given.

£27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
