We are currently looking for someone to join our team that is enthusiastic, has great communication skills, along with the ability to think on there feet, problem solve and plan.


Extensive knowledge and experience in a busy fast-paced office environment with the use of Microsoft excel and word and outlook, and a company app would be a great advantage.


Main Duties.

  • Data input and system monitoring
  • General administration tasks
- filing paper work to appropriate departments
- scheduling diary entry's and meetings for senior staff
- helping with daily running with Operations Team leader

  • Rota planning and scheduling
- contract management
- company app management

  • RAMS ( risk assessments and method statements)
- and more
- various training opportunities available


Required Skills:

- excellent communication skills
- the ability to work using their initiative.
- the ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually

  • Someone who is enthusiastic and positive attitude towards working
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Experience of computer systems (e.g. MS Office, Excel and Word)

Additional Information:


  • Monday
  • Friday 8am 13pm (5 h per day)
  • Monthly Pay 25 h weekly contract
