HEAD OF EVENTS
LIP Ladies in Power is hiring and looking for a Marketing Genuis to join the POWER team at our Brand New Central London HQ.
LIP Ladies in Power is on track to be the Global leaders in Mindset, Motivation Networking wit both virtually & in - person Events.
Lips Main objective is to inspire and connect ladies all around the Globe with positive energy and life helping ladies find their purpose and power.
We run a series of Virtual Events you will be responsible for Organising these.
We are going to be running a series of in IN PERSON LIVE EVENTS & GALAS from our Central London HQ & Internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of event professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all company events, from concept to postevent evaluation
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure events are delivered within financial targets
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events meet their objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successful events
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with event management software and tools, and experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

£45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
