ADMINISTRATION CO-ORDINATOR (FULL TIME REMOTE ROLE)

COBHAM,SURREY

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain office documents, team spreadsheets, reports, and approved lists.
  • General assistance to Director and Contracts Managers in the office
  • Assist the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with sourcing local suppliers/accounts.
  • Sourcing new local subbies to price or complete works.
  • Answering phone and dealing with enquiries
  • Manage and stock check stationary, site supplies, clothing etc.
  • Must come from a Construction background
  • Experience in InDesign
