Aftersales Administrator

We are seeking to recruit an Aftersales Administrator to join our growing plumbing business based in Cirencester. We work solely for new build developers such as Bellway Homes, David Wilson Homes, Bloor Homes, Crest & Wainhomes.


If you're looking to work in a busy, varied position that involves strong customer service and administration then look no further.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Recording all details accurately in our aftersales database, detailing issues and clarifying with the homeowner.
  • Make appointment for our engineer to attend to rectify.
  • Ensuring any issues that cannot be resolved are recorded and escalated to the Aftersales Supervisor.
  • Keeping homeowner and developer updated with status of job.
  • Ordering materials to carry out repairs / replacements from Merchants, Manufacturers or stock from our warehouse.
  • Comply with all company and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Perform other workrelated tasks as assigned.
  • Good IT skills, Inc. Excel, Word and Outlook experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly, professional and helpful manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Enjoy problem solving.
  • Diplomatic.

  • Commitment to delivering an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

The Package

In return we offer:

  • Hours 8am 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am 4pm Friday (with 1/2 hr lunch). (411⁄2 hrs pw).
  • Salary Negotiable dependant on age and experience.
