To be considered for this position, you must have had recent experience of working within the education sector within the last 18 months.
The successful applicant must have strong behavioural skills and techniques for a challenging and rewarding role.

The ideal Primary Teacher should

Hold UK QTS and have experience of working in British Schools
At least 2 years' experience working in a Primary School
Have excellent knowledge of the curriculum
Have appropriate KS1 experience
Have a real passion for teaching
Be confident in the classroom

Is committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and the community to promote inclusion and excellent opportunities for all.
Maintains a high level of professionalism
Possesses a proactive and inclusive attitude towards the learning and progression of all learners

Acting as a work-finding service, M2 Education works with a great selection of schools in Cumbria.

We are looking for Experienced, NQT and ECT's to assist in support Primary aged children in arrange of year groups.
