Commercial Property Solicitor - Birmingham

A multi-site, strong regional practice is undergoing the next phase of the expansion of its Real Estate Team and so is keen to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Commercial Property Team is keen to hear from Real Estate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join the firm and help drive the team forwards to the next level.

Main duties will involve providing commercial property law advice to clients; this will include advise and support commercial landlord and tenant clients, landowners and all types of lenders alongside an experienced team.

You will represent lenders in the market,including mainstream and specialist organisations, commercial and land agents, landowners on lettings, sales and purchases.

This is the perfect opportunity for Real Estate Solicitor to join a modern and dynamic practice and will be able to take advantage of a fluid and non-rigid structure that perhaps larger national practices aren't able to offer.
