Here's what you'd be doing:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers and support them through the hiring process, ensuring expectations are managed
  • Advertise and update job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
  • Improve and own the recruiting playbook for best practices, interview guidelines and employee selection criteria
  • Manage updates for hiring managers and the People Director on the status of open positions
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Complete offer letters and initiate preonboarding processes via our HRIS (HiBob)
  • Ensure new employee information is ready within our HRIS to ensure accurate payment
  • Support day one onboarding and coordinate with hiring manager to ensure induction activities have been planned and are completed to ensure a smooth welcome to the business
  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Proven record of hiring for all levels of operational and commercial roles
  • Previous experience in hiring for tech roles is highly beneficial
  • Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting including preemployment checks
  • Experience using various interview/assessment formats and confidence in adapting and designing new processes
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Able to manage and adapt approach to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Works collaboratively with other members of the People team
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of the industry is a plus
  • Desire to consistently improve and simplify processes that evolve in line with the organisation and its needs
  • Thrive in an ever changing startup environment where demands move at pace and dynamically
