Here's what you'd be doing:

Collaborate with hiring managers and support them through the hiring process, ensuring expectations are managed
Advertise and update job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
Improve and own the recruiting playbook for best practices, interview guidelines and employee selection criteria
Manage updates for hiring managers and the People Director on the status of open positions
Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
Complete offer letters and initiate preonboarding processes via our HRIS (HiBob)
Ensure new employee information is ready within our HRIS to ensure accurate payment
Support day one onboarding and coordinate with hiring manager to ensure induction activities have been planned and are completed to ensure a smooth welcome to the business
Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
Proven record of hiring for all levels of operational and commercial roles
Previous experience in hiring for tech roles is highly beneficial
Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting including preemployment checks
Experience using various interview/assessment formats and confidence in adapting and designing new processes
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Able to manage and adapt approach to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Works collaboratively with other members of the People team
Good knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience or knowledge of the industry is a plus
Desire to consistently improve and simplify processes that evolve in line with the organisation and its needs
