**Senior Accountant - Treasury
Addlestone, Surrey

Up to £54,000 + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits + Generous Holiday Entitlement**An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accountant to work in a friendly finance team where there will be a wide variety of work and lots of opportunity to develop your career.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

To undertake the accounting, control and reconciliation of creditors, debtors and income.
Overall responsibility for treasury management, banking, BACS and income collection systems.
Oversee the insurance function to ensure all risks are covered.
Systems Administrator for treasury and banking systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Fully qualified member of a CCAB body
CIPFA membership
Management and/or treasury qualifications
Recent experience of preparing financial instrument disclosures for the statutory Statement of Accounts on an IFRS basis
Detailed knowledge of the CIPFA Prudential and Treasury Management Codes of Practice
Excellent firsthand knowledge of cost allocation, recharging mechanisms and reconciling control accounts
Good working knowledge of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and insurance functions of an organisation

SALARY:

Basic salary up to £54,000

HOURS:

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility on how those hours are worked
