DENTAL FRONT OF HOUSE OFFICER/RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME OR FULL TIME
CLOVER DENTAL & IMPLANT CENTRE

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Front Of House Champion that arised due to our expansion as we recently added on another Surgery making us a 3 Surgery Private Dental Practice.

We are looking to recruit 2 part time Dental Receptionists or 1 Full Time Dental Receptionist to start with us as soon as possible.

You would have formal induction and Dental Reception Training through our Bespoke Training Modules.

We are located just off M3 and M27 junction in North Baddesley.


Salary:
£11.50 to £13.00 per hour Full Time ( 5 days a week )


Annualised:
£26,611 to £30,082

OR PART TIME ( 3 days a week ) pro-rated

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of High End Customer Service, Front Of House or Dental Reception experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Be the face of our practice providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone and updating patient records
• Supporting the management and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Informing patients of our services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

• Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are required to wear a face covering. All staff members wear a face mask during work hours. We only allow 2 patients in the waiting area and 1 at the reception desk at any given point.
