Description

Current vacancy for a Contract Manager (Gas) for a regional housing provider.

The role is permanent salary circa £50k, based in Birmingham and with remote working available.

The duties will include,

Overseeing gas safety, repairs and installs
Ensuring all relevant H&S and building regs
Accurate data capture and reporting
Delivery of contracts
Leading a team of technical staff
Working as part of the wider senior team for asset management
Ideally you will have a HNC and experience of working for a housing provider or council.
