OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an Electrician on behalf of a well-known FM contractor.
They have over 50 members of staff working for them and multiple offices in the UK.
They a large portfolio of clients including Aldi, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, Schools etc.
Private use of van is allowed. Plenty of overtime and weekend work available. They also have a bonus scheme.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPM's are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's.
- Also able to carry out installation work when required.
- Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are 'kept in the loop' through feedback and regular updates.
- Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer.
- Communicate daily with helpdesk/Supervisor regarding status of PPM and Reactive tasks.
- To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
- 18th Edition or relevant qualification.
- Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
- Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades.
- Good customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- An excellent understanding of Health and Safety.
- Competent in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems.
