Sales Advisor - JK Floorheating Ltd.


JK is a market leader for
underfloor heating systems providing in-ground underfloor heating (UFH) systems for residential and commercial buildings.

We operate in 10 European countries and have been serving the European markets
for nearly 30 years.


We are an innovative technology company working on environmentally friendly heating solutions, offering a very unique product into the UK market.


Our unique installation method is becoming increasingly specified within the renovation, refurbishment and 'change of use' sector of the building industry.


A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become involved in the warm-water underfloor heating industry by joining our
dynamic and expanding UK team.


As a
Sales Advisor you will be based in our
South West Office in Exeter, working closely with Internal Sales Manager, also based from this office.

The Sales Advisor / Estimator will be carrying out, and is responsible for the following work:

Responsibilities

  • Converting "warm" leads into estimates and issuing quotations based upon floor plans and technical information utilising our CRM system
  • Some proactive outbound calling campaign activity will be required
  • Achieving sales
    goals:
  • Preparing and supporting B2C
    projects:

  • Developing B2B
    relationships with the end user contractors
  • Identifying potential partners and sales
    opportunities to improve company sales performance
  • Providing sales support to our management and
    branches in the UK and Ireland

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • You will have the equivalent of
    two or more years relevant
    Sales experience in B2C/B2B sectors, preferably experience in both
  • Previous experience of working within Heating/Construction Industry would be helpful but is not required, as full training will be given
  • Familiarity with
    technical drawings and floorplans would be a benefit
  • Competent Maths skills and also English
    communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident
    telephone manner
  • Self
-
motivated, result
orientated and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Competent and accurate
    IT skills to work with Word, Excel, CRM system

Your contract will be for 40 hours per week, normally Monday to Friday, with potentially some flexibility based upon business needs.
