This team is accountable for:

  • Humanising our brand through deep partnerships with key players in youth culture influential people, communities and entities from the worlds of design, fashion, art, music, sneaker culture, sport* and more.
  • Providing outstanding service and brand management for all relationships.
  • Engaging a visionary audience with progressive concepts that shape the future of sport and culture.
  • Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant insights that can seed future ideas.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are looking for a dedicated relationship specialist with immense passion for London youth culture and strong connections to the city's next generation of cultural leaders.

This person will exhibit the curiosity, flexibility and innovative thinking required to push the brand into new spaces through unbreakable cultural partnerships - all with the goal of advancing the notion of sport


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role your core duties will include:

  • Drive and maintain a powerful network and portfolio of cultural leaders in London.
  • Leverage these relationships to energise the brand through seamless integration and the crafting of new concepts.
  • Provide outstanding service and brand management for our relationships.
  • Manage relationship projects including contracting, project management, creative partnership and communication.
  • Gather structured and continuous insights that allow us to better serve our key audiences and can shape future strategies in London and beyond.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH


Partner with the Catalyst Brand Management teams in London, EMEA and Global, operating with a growth mindset as part of a world-class Catalyst team and work cross-functionally in the London office, particularly with the Brand Management function and the London Brand Creative Studio, but also with key partners such as Sports Marketing and Social & Community Impact, aligning on how to bring your Catalyst concepts to life.

And of course build very strong external relationships.


The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly.

You are consistently collaborative and open to the opinions of those you engage with.


WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in building relationships and partnerships with cultural leaders.
  • Proven connections with influential cultural Catalysts (spheres to include but not be limited to entertainment, music, fashion, art, design, wellness, ) in London.
  • Prior experience in brand or account management.
  • A strong and informed point of view on youth culture in London and beyond.
  • A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our city and visionary consumer and organisation's needs to deepen our relationships with members

  • Proven track record of managing, servicing and demonstrating cultural relationships to deliver success for both parties.

  • Positively contribute to brand plans to ensure optimum service and maximum leverage.


  • Cultural Foresight

  • Experience, understanding and ability to navigate the London cultural landscape, translating this into breakthrough concepts.
