About the Role


Delta is looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to join our Product Support Team.

This role is key to the first line support of our clients and also ensuring that our system functionality is fit for purpose, enabling our clients to meet their administrative and regulatory responsibilities.


What You'll Do

  • Gain skills in providing excellent customer service to our external clients, delivering support and guidance on system functionalityGain skills in the team processes for obtaining Client Data
  • Gain knowledge and skills through performing manual testing on changes made to system functionality to ensure these are fit for purpose prior to being released to clients
  • Gain skills in creating and updating documents to provide clients with guidance and information on the system functionality available
  • Assist with administration tasks for preparation of the delivery of training to clients
  • Gain skills and take ownership of specific administration tasks for the Team
  • Gain a basic understanding of the rules and regulations of the pension products which Delta's system functionality administer
