Overview of roleKey Accountabilities
To assist in ensuring that the department is run safely
Plan and organize daily/weekly activities for the shift
Entering all stock accurately on the system
Taking a right 1st time approach in all aspects of the role
Plan to ensure all shifts are covered to minimize overtime
Circulate internal and external communications
Report any instances of poor-quality deliveries
Optimize the Teams capabilities/multi skilling, ensuring the shift is 100% compliant with training by keeping everyone up to date on the system
Ensure all daily paperwork is filled in correctly and in a timely manner
Report all machinery malfunctions to the Manager/Engineering Team in a timely manner
The Right Person
Computer literate
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Good communicator
Knowledge of D365 advantageous
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to work under pressure
FLT Driving
Leading a Team
IOSH Trained
