  • Develop and maintain a repository of country specific ER guidance and expertise, including toolkits, templates and process documentation;
  • Ensure cases are tracked and logged appropriately, producing reporting for audit purposes;

  • Work regularly with our Legal team and external legal counsel to obtain employmentrelated advice as required;
  • Advise People Partners on how to handle reorganisations across regions, understanding change and people impacts, and managing risk appropriately;

  • Solid working knowledge of current UK and/or Danish employment laws and practice, with a desire to broaden their global ER expertise. Knowledge of employment laws and practice in our other global locations (US, Italy, The Netherlands, Germany, Lithuania and Australia) would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and who are resilient and selfmotivated.
  • Confidence and ability to manage challenging conversations with both empathy and professionalism.
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management to ensure cases are managed in a timely manner.
  • An ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables in a fastpaced, global organisation, while maintaining close contact with stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Teamorientated, flexible and enthusiastic with a cando approach.
  • Fluency in English as this is our global business language.
