Description

Previous experience in a customer facing role within the travel industry will be highly desirable, but not necessarily essential.
Travel experience in your personal life is however essential and applicants without travel experience will not be considered. You should detail this and explain how you think this will be relevant to the role.

Responsibilities will include:
- liaising with clients about our selection of tours, with a view to driving sales
- liaising with our overseas suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of our trips on the ground
- updating and assisting with marketing material
- post-sales admin to include visa support, in-house and client documentation

Applicants must be able to demonstrate an excellent level of written and spoken English, and should have the ability to deal with a fast paced environment, and work well under pressure.

Flexibility, imagination, patience and determination are required to deal with a variety of situations, and a high degree of commitment is required.

Applicants should be proficient with Word and Excel.

Salary dependent upon experience.

Salary:
£23,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year

Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
