Job Title:
Mortgage Underwriter

Salary: 31K
  • 45K

Our client is an established leading lender. Providing specialist mortgage and property finance working with mortgage intermediaries and brokers.


Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Underwriter:

  • Minimum 1 years' Mortgage Underwriter experience
  • Ideally some experience with BTL, and 2nd charge underwriting
  • CeMAP qualification desirable but not essential

Duties as a Mortgage Underwriter include:

  • Ensuring all details are correct and in line with regulations, escalating any fraudulent activity
  • Recommends loans to the Underwriting Director and Credit Team where they fall outside of the lending mandate held
  • Participating in improving systems and processes
  • Keeping up to date with any regulation changes

  • Basic salary 31K
  • 45K
  • Mon-Fri 95:30pm

Salary:
£31,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
