Orbital Sound is a world-leading sound and communication company working within the Theatre and Live Events industry with an exciting opportunity for a _
Client Support Specialist _to join their Support team based at their London HQ.

Orbital oversees crucial strategic initiatives year-round, in which this position plays a vital role. Responsibilities encompass organizing and executing diverse training initiatives while managing staffing supply for valued and important clients.


Requirements:

• Proven track record of dealing with end customers and providing support / dealing with arising issues.
• IT competent with experience using a variety of programs in an administration capacity.
• Organised with an attention to detail.
• Experience within the Theatre and Live Events
• A personalised and proactive approach to work
• Experience with Professional Audio and Communication equipment is preferred but not a necessity.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 25.5 per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
