Learning Support Assistant (SEND)

Daily rate:
£75 - £85 per day

Do you want to work directly with SEND?


DegreeSix are a SEND specialist agency that are working with multiple mainstream, SEND and behaviour schools in Leicestershire who are currently seeking LSA's to join them ASAP.


In these positions you will be required to work with children who have statements of SEMH, SEND and behaviour difficulties.

The working day will require you to work either 1:1 or in small groups throughout the day. You will be supporting the pupils with their curriculum work and their day to day activities.


The children in these schools have a variety of special needs and these positions are to work directly with Primary and Secondary aged pupils.


The schools will start between 8.15am - 8:45am and finish between 3.15pm and 4:30 so it is a 7-8 hour working day Monday to Friday on a long-term, permanent, short-term or ADHOC basis.

What you will need to be successful.

  • DBS (online) or be willing to obtain one
  • 2 check able references
  • Complete the compliance procedure
