Our Client:

Our client are a leading general insurer and financial services company, they have been serving the rural community for over 100 years.

Their team in Winchester are committed to delivering consistent excellent customer service whilst maintaining a high standard of quality and audit results.

The Role:

Our client is looking for someone who is dynamic, highly motivated, numerate, organised, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a growing business, and you will be expected to use your skills to help build on both their fantastic retention rates but also their ambitious business plans.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and promoting their range of investment, pension and health & safety products.
Ensuring that you deliver for their customers in a timely manner, so customers have the cover that they need when they need it.
Getting involved in team initiatives so that they remain a great place to work.
Attending events to meet customers, and to promote their services to potential new leads.

Skills and Requirements:

Previous experience working in insurance or financial services is essential.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
