Job Purpose


Reporting into the Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing you will support in embedding our cultural approach in a practical and proactive way into all we do, whilst contributing directly to the achievement of our strategy.

You will work across the firm to support a planned and effective approach to a range of projects, and interventions linked to culture.


You will drive the mobilisation of our culture programme to embed it across all we do, whilst providing momentum and developing strong relationship with stakeholders.

You will support the delivery of our culture through programmes and communications ensuring we deliver on our promise.


You will help to connect the culture agenda across the firm, as well as across the P&C team, working closely with various teams such as our ID&W team, performance and development team, learning and leadership development teams and our HR Business partnering team, to drive our culture across all that we do.

You will bring skills and knowledge to project manage, measure and design initiatives to embed our culture agenda across all we do.

This is a newly formed role, and there is scope for you to develop and grow with the role.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the operational culture committees and maintain momentum.
  • Coordinate and prepare programme and project documentation including monitoring, tracking, and communicating project milestones, deliverables and risks.
  • Support in the creation of a detailed implementation plans.
  • Responsible for monitoring KPIs and metrics in line with our plans.
  • Being the representative and voice of the culture programme across the business.
  • Support in measuring of the impact of key culture programmes.
  • Support in the delivery of activities aligned to embed our culture to improve organisational performance and team engagement.
  • Create mechanisms to track data insights allowing us to monitor and measure impact of our actions.
  • Work closely with our wider people and culture team to ensure our policies, initiatives and people practises provide positive cultural outcomes.
  • Support in the creation of toolkits and playbooks to bring to life our culture through all we do.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring integration and coordination with wider firm strategies.
  • Work closely with the engagement team on pulse surveys and analysis of the results to find trends.
  • Support managers with understanding results of pulse surveys alongside the HR business partnering team.
  • Work closely with our communications team to devise a calendar of activity to support in creating a high performing culture.
  • Drive actions in line with our communication and implementation plans to capture and measure cultural change activities.
  • Work with our induction and onboarding team to embed our culture and values into a world class induction process.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience operating in HR generalist roles with a particular focus on supporting cultural change projects.
  • Sound data analytics experience and the ability to generate insight through systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of the tools and techniques needed to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills, able to create content that captures an audience's attention.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer who takes the time to truly understand key stakeholders.
  • Curiosity around technology, creativity and innovation.
  • Behaviour consistent with Mazars values, a positive individual who can demonstrate they are truly a team player and a key part of the People & Culture team.
