Excellent Salary available £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus & benefits


The Role:


Reporting to the Group Head of Operations, you will join a well-established organisation and be responsible for the full Quality management of the group.


Duties include:

  • Develop and manage the strategic and day to day operations of the Quality Management System.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service levels are the focus of continuous improvement.
  • Report and manage company quality KPI's.
  • Support cross function team work specifically within operations & supply chain to deliver operational KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Business Process are aligned and drive efficiency cross functionally.
  • Support and develop excellent relationships with distributors, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage all non
- conformances and corrective and preventative action plans internally and with customers and suppliers.

  • Manage complaint reduction with reporting from customer service and liaising with operations and supply chain.
  • Manage the certification of new product.
  • Manage the testing of incoming materials and finished goods.
  • Support technical innovations and engineering on new products and processes from feasibility to launch.
  • Ensure adequate skill mix within function, providing training and coaching for team members.

The Person:

  • At least 5 years' Quality Management experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Qualified to at least HND level
  • Internal auditing / Lead/External Audit experience and ISO 9001:2015 certified
  • Experience of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 is essential
  • Handson experience within a manufacturing and/or FMCG environment is essential

The Package:

  • Excellent salary available £60,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
