Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Co-ordinator to join our client based in Stafford.

The Export Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.


Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
£30,000.00 per year


Working days/hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 17pm and Friday 8.30am pm


Duties:

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Using our SAP system to process orders received from international customers.
  • Ensure a smooth service for our customers.
  • Container and transport planning.
  • Production of all customs documentation to ensure smooth transport.

Skills:


Essential Skills:

  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail, organised and methodical
  • Able to solve problems
  • Customer Focused
  • Knowledge of customs documentation/processes
  • Previous knowledge of SAP (strongly advantageous)
