Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with our experienced teachers to deliver engaging and impactful lessons Providing targeted support to students through one-on-one and small group instruction Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment Assisting with the management of student behaviour and classroom routines Empowering students with special educational needs to succeed Contributing to lesson planning and preparation to enhance student learning outcomes Requirements:
A relevant qualification or extensive experience in a primary school setting Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively A team player who is adaptable and flexible in approach A strong commitment to promoting inclusiveness and diversity in education A sincere passion for making a positive impact in children's lives If you are dedicated to providing the best possible education for each student, we would love to hear from you
