Working for a small and very friendly team, you will support the full cycle of graduate recruitment, selection, onboarding,and qualification processes.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing HR experience as you assist with transactional, cyclical and ad-hoc HR generalist work alongside the wider HR team.


Some of the role responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming graduate recruitment queries
  • Providing support for all elements of on and offsite recruitment activities including campus events, assessment days and vacation schemes
  • Managing the preemployment screening process and completing Right To Work checks
  • Drafting and sending out offer documentation and employment contracts
  • Managing induction processes in conjunction with the Learning & Development team
  • Pastoral support and guidance

Key knowledge and skills required:

  • Educated to degree level (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Graduate Recruitment specialist (essential)
  • Enthusiastic and prepared to take a handson approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and spoken.
  • Excellent proven organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and be effective under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong levels of numeracy and use of grammar.
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential matters with discretion.
  • Demonstrable good working knowledge at intermediate level of Microsoft Office packages in particular Word and Excel.
