    Caretaker/Handyman (Part Time)

    Encore is seeking a dedicated Caretaker/Handyman to join our team at one of our established developments in London E14.

    This is a part-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping sites well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • General maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs and lamps)
    • Caretaking and gardening duties to keep the site in top condition
    • Cleaning communal areas and facilities
    • Emergency system testing, such as fire alarms and emergency lighting
    • Managing bin stores and car park monitoring
    • CCTV surveillance and monitoring
    • Operating site machinery and programming fob access control systems (full training provided)

    What We're Looking For:

    • Lives within a 45-minute commute of the site
    • Is comfortable using IT systems to log and track jobs or issues
    • Has a proactive, can-do attitude and values attention to detail
