Graham's the Family Dairy, Scotland's number one chosen brand, are seeking to recruit a part time Customer Service Administrator at our Bridge of Allan site, working 8am - 5pm, every Saturday and Sunday, with the flexibility to cover annual leave when required.


As a Customer Service Administrator in our small friendly team, you'll work closely with drivers as well as site-based colleagues.

You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, orders, and complaints and will pursue these to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for inputting orders into the computer system, including input of depot stock transfers, stock delivery returns and completing a reconciliation process.
