Job Description:


Our
Programme Advisory team specialises in the strategy, set-up and transformation of major programmes and asset owning enterprises within the
transport, defence, utilities, and power sectors in the UK and internationally.

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals who have hands on change management experience and are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients.

Change and transformation is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team.

We work across the entire lifecycle, conducting diagnostic reviews, designing operating models, delivering transformation programmes, and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working.


As a Senior Consultant your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering key outputs such as business change strategies, communication & engagement plans, client reports
  • Contributing to exercises such as change complexity assessments, and stakeholder mapping
  • Delivering client workshops and presentations
  • Managing and reporting against commission delivery plans
  • Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals
  • Supporting internal activities within the Programme Advisory team such as the development of transformation products and methodologies or improving our internal ways of working

Qualifications:


Experience and Qualifications:


  • Experience of programme and project management within a change environment
  • Experience of engaging with stakeholders within complex environments
  • Experience of producing high quality change and transformation deliverables within challenging timescales
  • Experience of developing analysis and insights to support solution development for a change project
  • Change management and transformation qualifications are favourable (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management Foundation/Practitioner)
  • Experience in some/all of the following sectors: infrastructure, transportation, utilities, defence, natural resources, and real estate
