Temporary Administration Assistant - Poole, United Kingdom - Orchard Recruiting Limited
Description
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into the clients CRM system
- Verify accuracy of data before entry
- Update and maintain databases
- Conduct research to obtain additional information as and when needed
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Scan and file documents
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Other administrative tasks
- Previous data entry & administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work alone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
£11.54 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Poole, Dorset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
