Responsibilities:


  • Enter data into the clients CRM system
  • Verify accuracy of data before entry
  • Update and maintain databases
  • Conduct research to obtain additional information as and when needed
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Scan and file documents
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Other administrative tasks
About you

  • Previous data entry & administrative experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work alone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
£11.54 per hour

  • Poole, Dorset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
