Description

Support the operational commissioning and service development for the ICS, specifically diagnostic services. This will include oversight and development of the diagnostic strategy. Report progress against operational and transformation objectives in relation to ICS diagnostic programme.

Build and sustain effective reporting to Regulators with information requests and progress reports submitted on time and to satisfactory standards.

Maximise clinical leadership in the development and delivery of programmes, working in partnership with ICB Clinical Leads and clinical leads in other organisations.

Line-management supervision, personal and professional support and development mentorship to colleagues within the Team as agreed with Senior Delivery Leads.

The post holder will Deputise for Senior Delivery Leads, as required.
